This Privacy Policy explains how ThrowVerse ("ThrowVerse", "we", "us") collects, uses, and protects your information when you use the ThrowVerse mobile app and website (the "Service"). By using the Service you agree to this policy.

Information We Collect

• Account information. When you create an account or sign in with Google or Apple, we receive a unique account identifier and, where you permit it, your email address and display name. We do not receive or store your Google or Apple password.
• Gameplay data. Scores, games played, wins, achievements, and similar in-game statistics you generate while playing.
• Technical data. Basic technical information such as device type and app version, used to operate and improve the Service.

Sign in with Google and Apple

We offer "Sign in with Google" and "Sign in with Apple" to let you create and access your account. When you use these options, the provider shares a verified identity token with us. We use it only to create or access your ThrowVerse account. If you use Apple's "Hide My Email" feature, we will only ever see the relay address Apple provides. We do not access your contacts, photos, or other provider data.

How We Use Information

• To create and secure your account and sign you in.
• To save your progress, scores, achievements, and leaderboard standing.
• To operate, maintain, and improve the Service.
• To communicate with you about your account or the Service where necessary.

How We Share Information

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only with service providers that help us run the Service (for example, hosting and authentication providers), and only as needed to provide the Service, or where required by law. Aggregated, non-identifying data such as leaderboard rankings may be visible to other players.

Data Retention

We keep your account and gameplay data for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time (see Contact below), after which we will delete it except where retention is required by law.

Your Choices

• You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data.
• You can revoke ThrowVerse's access from your Google Account settings or your Apple ID settings at any time.

Children's Privacy

The Service is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has provided us information, please contact us so we can remove it.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. We will post the updated version here and revise the "Last updated" date above.
