This Privacy Policy explains how KDEP Enterprise LLC ("KDEP Enterprise", "we", "us"), the company that operates ThrowVerse, collects, uses, and protects your information when you use the ThrowVerse mobile app and website (the "Service"). By using the Service you agree to this policy.

Information We Collect

• Account information. When you create an account or sign in with Google or Apple, we receive a unique account identifier and, where you permit it, your email address and display name. We do not receive or store your Google or Apple password.
• Gameplay & social data. Scores, games played, wins, achievements, leaderboard standing, friend connections, challenges, and real-time (Live Throw) match results you generate while playing.
• Technical data. Basic technical information such as device type and app version, used to operate and improve the Service.
• Advertising data. To keep ThrowVerse free, we show ads from third-party ad networks (Google AdMob in the mobile app and Google AdSense on the web). These partners may collect or receive a mobile advertising identifier, approximate (non-precise) information, device/technical data, and ad-interaction data to serve and measure ads. See "Advertising" below.

Cookies and Similar Technologies

On the ThrowVerse website we and our advertising partners use cookies and similar technologies (including local storage and mobile advertising identifiers in the apps) to keep you signed in, remember your preferences, and to serve, cap and measure advertising.

• Strictly necessary. Storage used to keep your session active and remember settings such as language and board view. The Service does not work properly without these.
• Advertising. Third-party ad cookies and identifiers set by Google. Google and its partners use cookies to serve ads based on your prior visits to this and other websites, and to measure ad performance. Where required, these are set only after you give consent.

You can control cookies in your browser settings, and you can opt out of personalised Google advertising at adssettings.google.com or opt out of third-party vendor cookies at www.aboutads.info. Blocking strictly necessary storage may prevent you from signing in.

Sign in with Google and Apple

We offer "Sign in with Google" and "Sign in with Apple" to let you create and access your account. When you use these options, the provider shares a verified identity token with us. We use it only to create or access your ThrowVerse account. If you use Apple's "Hide My Email" feature, we will only ever see the relay address Apple provides. We do not access your contacts, photos, or other provider data.

How We Use Information

• To create and secure your account and sign you in.
• To save your progress, scores, achievements, and leaderboard standing.
• To operate, maintain, and improve the Service.
• To communicate with you about your account or the Service where necessary.

Advertising

ThrowVerse is free to play and supported by advertising. We display banner, interstitial (between-game), and optional rewarded "Double XP" ads. Ads are served by Google AdMob in the mobile app and Google AdSense on the web. These partners are independent controllers of the data they collect through ads and process it under their own policies (see Google's policy).

• Consent first (EU/UK/EEA). Where required, we ask for your consent choice before personalized ads are served, and that choice controls whether ads are personalized. In the mobile apps this is Google's UMP consent form, shown before any ad loads. On the web it is Google's consent message, delivered through the same Google ad tag.
• App Tracking Transparency (iOS). On Apple devices we ask for tracking permission. If you decline, ads are served on a non-personalized basis and no tracking identifier is used for cross-app tracking.
• Non-personalized by default. Unless you have opted in to personalized ads through the prompts above, we request non-personalized ads.
• US state privacy (CCPA and similar). We do not sell your personal information. Applicable opt-out / restricted-data-processing signals are passed to our ad partners.
• Rewarded ads. The optional "Double XP" reward is verified on our servers; we never grant rewards from unverified requests.

How We Share Information

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only with service providers that help us run the Service (for example, hosting and authentication providers) and our advertising partners described under "Advertising," and only as needed to provide the Service, or where required by law. Aggregated, non-identifying data such as leaderboard rankings may be visible to other players.

Data Retention

We keep your account and gameplay data for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time (see Contact below), after which we will delete it except where retention is required by law.

Your Choices

• You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data.
• You can delete your account at any time from Settings → Delete Account in the app, or at throwverse.com/delete-account.
• You can revoke ThrowVerse's access from your Google Account settings or your Apple ID settings at any time.
• Ad personalization. You can change your ad-consent choice at any time — on iOS via Settings › Privacy & Security › Tracking, and in the EU/UK via the in-app consent prompt. You can manage Google ad personalization at adssettings.google.com.

Children's Privacy

The Service is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. Ad content is limited to a PG maximum rating. If you believe a child has provided us information, please contact us so we can remove it.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. We will post the updated version here and revise the "Last updated" date above.
